MSA announces increased purse and point fund for 2017

The Midwest Sprint Car Association is excited to announce increased purse for all events in 2017 and an increased point fund. The increases are made possible by; Bank First National, Advanced Fastening Systems, Kristine Hartman’s Pleasant View Realty, American Racer Tires and Plymouth Dirt Track Racing.

The MSA and PDTR staff worked together to increase the nightly purse for ALL MSA events by $510 for every event on the MSA schedule, both for events at PDTR and at all other MSA events.

Bank First National will be a presenting sponsor of the MSA for six race nights at the Plymouth Dirt Track at the Sheboygan Co. Fair Grounds and contributing to the MSA point fund.

Advanced Fastening Supply of Madison, Greenville and Waukesha is the presenting sponsor for the events at Dodge Co. Fairgrounds and Angel Park in Sun Prairie. They have made it possible to increase the purse an additional $20 for every starting spot.

Kristine Hartman at Pleasant View Realty has joined the MSA as an associate sponsor. Kristine has long supported local racers and it is great to welcome her to the MSA effort.

The MSA will return to Spring Lake Speedway in Unity after a several year hiatus. All teams participating will receive $60 for tow money thanks to the recent MSA bowling fundraiser at Dan’s Village Bowl coordinated by Haddy Racing. Velocity Wings will be giving away a nose wing and HRP will be contributing as well to help this event.

American Racer Tire returns to the MSA as the specified drive tire and will award one right rear tire to a driver at every event.

These are a lot of great additions to an already great association. MSA memberships are still available. See the website for details.
